CertFaith helps religious organizations manage contracts, insurance requirements, and certificates of insurance (COIs) across all their locations. Vendors upload certificates through a secure link, the system reads them and checks them against your contract requirements, and a person on your team — or the CertFaith team — signs off on every review.

No. The AI reads uploaded certificates and flags likely gaps — missing coverage, low limits, absent endorsements — but it never marks anything compliant. Every certificate shows as 'AI-read, awaiting human sign-off' until a person reviews and approves it, and every decision is recorded in an audit trail.

General liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, umbrella/excess, cyber liability, builders risk, professional liability, and errors & omissions. You can also track endorsements per coverage line, such as additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary & non-contributory, loss payee, and notice of cancellation.

Each vendor gets a secure upload link — by email or through their vendor portal login. When a vendor uploads a new certificate, it replaces their previous one, so your records always reflect the current document. Vendors can also see the contracts and locations they're tied to.

CertFaith emails the vendor automatically 45, 30, and 10 days before expiration, and daily after expiration until a replacement arrives. Each email includes the vendor's upload link. If a contract ends before renewal, you can turn reminders off for that contract so vendors don't get unnecessary emails.

Yes. You build requirement groups by contract type — event, catering, construction, transportation, maintenance, leases, and more — and each contract is checked against its group. You can also extract requirements directly from a contract PDF.

A reviewer can approve a certificate as non-compliant with a documented reason, or mark individual gaps as exceptions. Exceptions count as compliant but always carry a visible warning and a permanent audit record of who approved them and why. Expiration can never be waived — an expired policy can only be rejected.

Yes. The CertFaith team can review certificates on your behalf. When we work in your account, a banner makes it clear the CertFaith team is acting, and every action is logged as performed by the CertFaith team in your audit trail.
