Cassi brings over twenty years of risk and insurance management experience to CertFaith. She has managed some very large insurance portfolios, and she built CertFaith on the same standard she held in those roles: a certificate of insurance counts when a person has read it and signed off — never before.
That experience shapes every part of the platform, from the contract requirements a client can set, to the AI that reads documents and the human review that decides whether a vendor is truly compliant.
